Cannot say enough good things about Garden Supply Guys but more so about the people who work there. First rate place owned & operated by first class people. These guys take care of you & go out of their way to do so. Been ordering from here for a few months now & only had one minor issue with a product which was not anything on account of GSG but a flaw on said product's manufacturer's end. Notified GSG immediately that day via email of the problem & within 5 hours someone got back to me. Situation was handled astutely & promptly by Jesse who is a consummate professional. He treated me with the utmost respect, courtesy, & geniality & issued a replacement right away, no questions asked - but also gave me a genuine apology, not some trite script the bigger guys follow which only compounds a problem & insults the already frustrated & disappointed customer. An individual like Jesse is what makes a great company, not flashy graphics, how many hits a site gets, the items they carry, or how much money they make, but how the people who run the company actually are behind the screen/counter. And this is where GSG excels above every other gardening supply place I've done business with, both online & in person, in all the years my family & I have been gardening. Every time we need something, we come to Garden Supply Guys first because of their economical prices for high quality, professional products, expedited, discreet shipping with point to point delivery updates, as well as the superlative, affable customer service & speed in which issues are resolved - but also because of people like Jesse who work there & put their utmost into making sure customers are taken care of ASAP & discrepancies are rectified with immediate personal attention. What a wonderful testimony to the character of this company but also of everyone who works there. If more stores & their employees operated the way GSG does, & treated their customers the way Jesse & the crew at GSG does, the gardening world would be a happier place with more successful growers.
