What kind of scam company deletes reviews?

In all my years, I've never seen anything like PSD quality pods. They are exquisitely beautiful, and have an heir of superiority about them, which they deserve. The colors are so unique, bright, and unexpected, they almost don't look real, although they are. They are the Faberge eggs of poppy pods. They aren't just pretty, they are also lined with the most glorious, chocolate brown ribbing inside too. The price is fair for the quality imo. I also really like that Shipping is included in the price. There's nothing worse than going to buy something, and learning shipping is almost as much as the product itself. I received prompt responses from the owners when I had questions. A great buying experience, and would highly recommend.

First off I rarely leave reviews but my experience with PSD was excellent! Their customer service is some of the best and will answer any questions and assist you however they can. I have gotten both their Gold Standard pods and Hen's and Chick's pods. BOTH ARE OUTSTANDING!. I haven't bought pods in 10 years and I took a shot with PSD and will never buy from any other vendor. If you are on the fence don't hesitate! Worth your time. Just a side note I started purchasing pods back in the early 90's through 2011 2012. I have had every variety of pod you can imagine and I guarantee you the Hen's and Chick's are very rare to come across. They are one of the BEST vendors I have used in years! Thank PSD for taking care in the Quality of your pods and excellent service!

I had a very positive experience shopping with Poppyseeddream. I ordered 2 lbs of seeds and they came very fast. The quality was unmatched; I will be making them my new vendor for seeds and pods. Katherine was very helpful and even reached out to me personally with my tracking information when she noticed that her emails were going into my junk folder and not reaching me. I highly recommend placing an order with this company if you are on the fence about whether you should try them out or not. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been ordering from Katherine and her crew for a long time now. Their products are consistent, spot on weight and all around excellent. Over and above, if needed, their communication is flawless. Definitely a rarity in today’s marketplace! I’ve always felt and been treated as a valued customer.

I do not leave reviews often, in fact this will be my second ever. These amazing people DEFINITELY deserve this one. About 2 weeks ago, I was in a bit of a bind due to my tendency to wait until the last minute. It was a Saturday night and I placed my order, leaving a message that I needed it by Tuesday and I'll pay extra to expedite. Katherine is incredible, replying shortly after I submitted my order. Long story short, I was able to pay $15 to expedite, fully aware that it was not a guarantee. I would never blame any company if it didn't arrive by the time I needed. However, I honestly believe that not many companies would go to the great extent that this one did to get my package to me when I needed it. It arrived in less than 24 hours. I was floored. I believe my words were "now that's how it's done". I immediately jumped on their site to give my sincerest thanks to Katherine and staff. I have never been so impressed with a company's customer service! On top of that, they are definitely honest about the quality of their products.... Excellent every time. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience I had with poppyseeddreams. They answered every single email that I wrote—answering every question I asked almost immediately. Their replies were professional and thorough. The service itself and the shipping were extraordinary. I ordered on a Saturday and the package arrived Monday morning. As far as the product goes: exactly as described. These were unwashed and untreated. They look good (sometimes seeds like this are all broken and reddish and black). These were blue poppy seeds. If you want to be a stickler and take a magnifying glass and look at all the millions of seeds in a 5 lb bag (what I ordered) yes, you will find a few red ones and a few black ones—but there are millions and millions of seeds in 5 lbs—and the vast majority are blue. They also smelled just like fresh, unwashed seeds should smell like. And finally, they taste just like high quality seeds should taste like. The customer service is 5 stars and the product is 5 stars. Therefore, 10 stars out of 10.

I was a loyal customer of another store for a few years. But that had to end unfortunately as it has since gone down hill despite always being Dynamite in the past. I needed a new business to try and had heard mostly good things about poppyseeddreams.com, but was unable to find anything conclusive. Didn't even know all these reviews were here because they didn't show up on Google with your typical Google phrases. Anyhow, It was still a risk for me personally to order from them as I had not done so from any other place in quite a while. I even left a message on my first order telling them where I was coming from exactly. I am quite happy to say they did not disappoint. The market for things like this is quite dead currently so I was willing to pay prices I usually wouldn't. After finding useful seeds I sent them an email thanking them and telling them I could be a loyal customer. especially living the DFW area of TX. Surprisingly, I received an e-mail back from them under the name Katherine who I am led to believe is quite involved in the business. She said she could discount my next order a little bit and I hadn't even mentioned the pricing. So that was really cool and helped solidify my trust in them a lot more. I wouldn't go around expecting discounts but it seems, if you're not a jackass at least, that they occasionally might not mind re-paying your common decency as a human being. So right now I'm at a 5/5 for PSD. Thanks guys!

Overall I will say that my experience with PSD was excellent. They happen to be only the second vendor I found with quality that is acceptable to me. As far as shipping goes I think it took two days to get from South Texas to the East Coast. So that's good that usually means that they pay for their shipping and that they get up off their asses and get to the post office when they see an order comes in online. So as far as shipping goes no complaints there. I will post another comment in the future as to how the seed germination works out I did put some in the ground but if you've done any kind of growing before you know that it takes two weeks sometimes before you even see a sprout come up . So stay posted for the next post no pun intended. As far as the quality goes if you want a comparison to or a similar product if you bought other brands online , that you you can compare it to thenoddingturtle they have a very similar product I can't really say which one is stronger it almost seems like it could be sourced from the same but I know it's most likely not sourced from the same place. I use another vendor normally and I just took a shot in the dark to try and find out if this is worth anything and I would say it is. I would complain about price but you know they are competitively-priced so there's no real complaint there you can't really say anything if everyone else is charging about the same price. Prices with all vendors I've been using have gone up so in my opinion everyone is charging just a little bit more than my cheapass would like to be paying for them. If anyone is concerned as to whether the seeds are treated or washed I can confirm for you that they are not treated and that they appear not to be washed and if they are washed there no more washed than anyone else's that I have been able to find. So in conclusion I would say thank you PSD for a great find and delivering good quality product in a timely fashion. Now with that being said as an American We are Never Satisfied and there is always room for improvement, so as a request if PSD could comment back to let me know if the following request is possible. I was wondering if there is any way to get seeds in the form that I can think of clumps of seeds stuck together in the bag and maybe even the seeds being a little bit sticky themselves. I'm not even certain if this is possible or not but I figured I would ask. I was thinking that if you are able to get the seeds in this form then most likely it just means that they are super duper fresh can you confirm this or comment back and let me know if it is possible to get seeds like this or not.

As of now I have ordered from Poppyseed Dreams like 10 times over the past 2 mos. or so. And they are absolutely great. The company I normally buy from ran out poppy seeds and put me in a bad spot. And people who buy poppy seeds on a regular basis know it is really, really, really hard to find quality seed, let alone at a fair price. So anyways, I looked at poppyseed dream's website and to me, it looked reputable. But when I looked at the prices I have to admit I was worried & excited. The seeds were half the price I normally paid, and I was scared they would be half the quality. But after ordering multiple times I can honestly say these seeds are just as good as any other good poppy seed. I can't stress it enough, these seeds are really, really, really good, and I know what good seeds should be like, and these past the test. If are thinking about ordering from this company and are one the fence about it, trust me, you can go ahead and jump on over, it will be totally worth it. Also shipping is just like they state on the website, 1-3 days. I live in Texas, so I normally get it the next day. And customer service is awesome. Every email I have sent has been answered quickly and professionally. Just wanted to let people know this is an honest and fair company and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I ordered two kilogram (5lb) of seeds for 60$ with international shipping , I am really happy about it because the prices are fine and it is not easy to find a shop accepting to ship to Europe. Got my package within 2weeks, simply perfect. Nice support, very fast and polite. Would recommend any-day.

Well to start the customer service here from an online store is amazing. Personalized emails thanks you's and information on when oders are going out or any possible delays. Which btw has not happened. The shipping is always fast, receiving it 2 days after ordering. The freshness is there these things taste amazing i basically eat them by the teaspoon full. So crunchy and fresh. The selections are so amazing i even think i may start growing poppys for a hobby. I will time and time again order from here the prices are right and the product is excellent.

Of all the vendors I've used, poppyseeddreams.com has consistently provided the most fresh and flavorful seeds time after time. I've been a customer for three years now. I can only imagine how difficult sourcing a naturally grown product from the other side of the world would be, let alone maintaining a high standard of quality overall, but poppyseeddreams has it figured out better than anyone in the business. They take time packing shipments securely which I appreciate, and prompt shipping and inquiry reply can always be expected. After purchasing several items from Poppyseeddreams.com I have been extremely satisfied with my bulk seed orders. Most seeds from other companies or grocery stores are over processed and washed which drastically lowers the quality of the product. Also some seeds from other companies could possibly be treated with chemicals which in turn leaves the seeds with a unnatural and strange taste and smell. I am grateful to find this site. The customer service responds in a timely fashion, and are very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for high end poppy seeds then look no further. My packages are put together with great care and preparation so there's no problem having my shipment delivered coast to coast I have yet to find a company with exceptional poppy seeds at a great price until I found this business. Hello, I have been meaning to do a write up for these great guys for quite some time, so I finally have some spare time to do so. I cannot say enough positive things about PSD, their customer service & QUALITY PRODUCTS, are second to none. The owner is also an organic farmer, so when I buy organic products from them, I know I'm getting a truly superb organic item. We organic farmers work very hard & we take great pride in bringing people only the best of foods, fruits, vegetables, & inert ingredients ( spices & herbs for example ), so again we very much enjoy supporting our organic farmers throughout the country & as do these guys as well if it's something they don't grow, it as well comes from other organic farmers, throughout the world. Katherine whom runs up customer service is an amazing & very talented person, ( Be careful Brent we could use her here at our CSA & farmers markets, LOL! ) she will never leave a question unanswered or not return your emails for days, she is always right on top of it & always very kind & full of amazing energy. I just ordered some oil from them & man is it amazing, only place that truly has cold pressed oil like this. I know many people that order from them on a regular basis, & they also have only had the best experience w/ their seeds & their dried ornamental flowers, as so have we. To begin with I'll just say that you won't find better products or a more professional company to cunduct business with. My experience with PSD started out a bit rough, me being the one at fault. I won't go into great detail, but lets just say I sent a rude email, spurred by my own stupidity, and received a very polite and professional one in return. I was pretty much in the same boat as the person that reviewed just before me. Every supplier I had used for the last couple of years basically just started selling over processed garbage. I might as well had been using fermented black pepper in all of my recipes because that just about describes the aroma and flavor of the seeds I was getting from other suppliers. Almost all of them. I know the previous post said 90% but its more like 99%. To make matters worse, of the 4 or so companies that do sell completely natural unprocessed poppy seeds in bulk, all of them charge an arm and a leg. Except one. Which made me a bit skeptical at first since I had already been burned by all of my previous suppliers that had fair prices. After a bit of thought and some reading of reviews I said "What have I got to lose?" Can't be any worse than what I've been getting. Boy am I glad I made that leap of faith. As soon as I pulled the bag out of the box and smelled it I knew my search was over. That wonderful organic earthy aroma came wafting out. Theres nothing quite like it. I was extremely pleased. Some of the best poppy seeds I have come across in a long time. On top of that my 10lbs order was actually closer to 11lbs!!! And as good as the poppy seeds are, the customer service is even better. Katherine is a wonderful person. She had every right and reason to tell me to take a hike and keep searching but responded to my "hatemail" in a most polite and courteous fashion. A true professional. Very hard to find these days. So to wrap up this novel, out of a possible 5 stars, I rate PSD 5 stars all the way. I thought it was impossible to find an internet vendor who still cares about the quality of their product, customers satisfaction, and repeat business. Which reminds me. I have to order some more seeds :)

We require a large amount of poppy seeds for our business, and we've searched high and low to find a good vendor. Poppy seeds are used in baking for their uniquely distinct flavour, and the product offered by 90% of vendors online is unsuitable for culinary use due to how over-processed it is. After our last vendor recently switched to selling the inferior product, we decided to try and find the good stuff elsewhere. We ordered 20 lbs of Tasmanian poppy seed from PoppySeed Dreams, and it arrived two days after shipping. Well upon opening the parcel, we knew this was the good product, maybe the best we'd seen in awhile. They had a strong, earthy tone indicative of a high-quality product. Low-quality product has a tell-tale, unappealing peppery scent that sometimes even has an almost body odour-like aroma that could put even the strongest stomachs out of their appetites. PSD, however sells a perfect 5-star product that is consistently good. We've ordered multiple times and have received the same, quality product each time. We've also had nothing but good customer service experiences with Katherine on their site. Replies to questions or comments are always super-helpful and prompt! We encourage anyone looking for bulk poppy seed for culinary purposes to DEFINITELY give PSD a try! Keep up the good work, PoppySeed Dreams!

the prices for poppy seeds here in Canada are insane, I decided to buy poppy seeds from PSD while reading these reviews. I placed an order with little difficulty, the questions I had were quickly answered and I received my order of bulk seeds 6 business days later. They even covered 10 dollars on my shipping costs, wow. This place is the real deal

I've been a customer of PSD for about 6-8 months and bought from them many times. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with this company. Seeds are always consistent and always ships free with USPS priority mail. They ship from Austin Tx so it usually only takes 2 days to get to me here in Houston. Customer service is great. They always reply to my emails, a lot of the time in a matter of minutes. If there is a problem with an order they will be glad to make it right. The other week there was a delay in shipment, nothing to get upset about, it happens, so they sent me an additional 2lbs of seeds. I've had nothing but good experiences with this company and I would highly reccomend them to anyone.

I have been a customer of Poppyseedreams.com for well over a year and a half, and have placed quite a few orders. Each of which came exactly as advertised, fresh, and packaged carefully. Their seed selection is extensive and the viability of their seeds is high, produce seedlings rapidly and the resulting plants grow just as quickly and have matured well within the time period the web site told me to expect them to do so. And their prices are much better than I've found anywhere else. The dried poppy pods I've ordered have all come in the weights promised by the site, and the closest in uniform size and shape as any others I bought before finding Poppyseeddreams.com. I've never received a broken pod, pods the size of grapes, pods that crumble into dust, nor have many pods lost their seeds into the packaging material. I've never found mold, or pods darkened from impromper drying techniques. The pods were received ready for the purposes for which I ordered them. And the postage is always free. I've also had people ask where I ordered such beautiful pods. Customer service may very well be where Poppyseeddreams.com sets its well above other sites with similar products. Katherine has answered e-mails rapidly, professionally, and always explains that if there's any other information or assistance I need from her, I am free to contact them at any time. Katherine and Brent have directed me through the process of sprouting my seeds, the best places and times to plant them, have welcomed photos of my progress to offer their professional advice on how to proceed, and have even been just as disappointed as I am when something goes wrong and some plants fail. They are interested in seeing the seeds they sell mature into flower producing plants and are always there to guide me along. No website can promise 100% perfection, 100% of the time, but in my experience, poppyseeddreams.com has come as close as any other site selling the same products. They've made me feel comfortable asking any questions I have, even when when those questions come to me long after what is considered "normal working hours". Their site says they are available 24/7 and I can attest to that. I've purchased seeds and pods from other places in the past, and have been disappointed in the quality, price, and time delays in delivery. Trying to contact those companies was slow if I ever was lucky enough to make contact. I've never had any problems with Poppyseeddreams.com and I will always stay with them. I would encourage anyone interested in growing beautiful poppies, buying the best looking pods for their needs, or seeds simply for great baked goods to do what I did, and shop at poppyseeddreams.com

Some is not the fault of this company, such as a few extra days delay, and the condition of the box I received. However, they did cintribute to the delay, and offered a percentage off my next order. Fair enough. The thing that gets me is the quality of the seeds. Theyhad obviously been washed and treated. They smelled like pepper, not that jice organic smell of good seeds. Seeds in this condition are useless for bakingquality goods or planting. The site states clearly that they sell viable seeds. This was absolutely not my experience. They also have not responded to my last two emails requesting return info.

Have ordered "numerous" times from PSD. I have had nothing but positive experiences from them. Never forgot an order. Never failed to respond to my email queries. Basically, has NEVER disappointed in over a year of doing business. Hard to imagine them getting even one irate customer, but I guess you can't please everyone. Personally, I highly recommend this company for your floral and drieds needs.

I'm from Canada (Toronto) and received my order of seeds and pods around 10 days or so which I thought was amazing seeing as how they were from Texas, which is very far away. The packaging was very nice and tidy, I could see care was taken. The ordering process on their website was very easy to use, and any questions I had in the meantime were answered quickly and professionally through e-mail. Responses were quick and within 24 hours or less. The quality of the seeds and pods were very good. All in all I had no problems with these guys of any kind. I am a very happy customer! I placed an order for the first time on the 11th of September and got my items on the 14th. I also received an extra packet of seeds so they must have just made a mistake with the above poster. I highly recommend Poppyseed Dreams.

I ordered some seeds and was told that it would be there in 7-8 days. Was also supposed to receve a free gift which wa't sent. Anyways it took almost a month to get them.
