OUTSTANDING! Good options for plant seeds outside the standards. Fair pricing. Shipping was free with my order of 5 seed packets (big plus). Sown seeds are already sprouting-last packet (Erythronium) requires cold treatment and will be sown in the fall. Very happy with my purchase! Thank you!

I've been a repeat customer for 3 years running (two orders already this spring and will be placing another for fall sowing). They are always pleasant to deal with, orders are shipped in a timely manner, seed counts are typically VERY generous and I've had excellent germination results. Highly recommend!

Excellent selection of hard to find seeds. Knowledgeable staff was very helpful in selecting what plants were drought tolerant and best for my poor soil. Order was received promptly and even included free samples!!! Very happy with my purchase. Will definitely be back. Thanks again!

Do not buy seeds from this company! Seeds4change sells old seeds that do not germinate and they do not stand behind their products. I provided optimal growing conditions and all of my seeds--except the ones purchased from seeds4change--germinated. I contacted this company three times in efforts to resolve the problem, and they gave me every excuse in the book for why the seeds did not germinate, blaming it on me. I sent them a photo of my setup, showing seeds that germinated alongside the bad Feverfew seeds I ordered. They refused to refund the cost of the seeds (a mere $7) or make any attempt to resolve the issue. This is a poor quality, untrustworthy company that does not stand behind its products and offers horrible customer service. Beware!

Buyer purchased seeds in August of 2015 which were intended for the 2015 growing season and clearly labeled as such on the packet. The product was fresh and germination tested for the 2015 growing season; buyer stored the seed until the 2016 growing season. Refund request was submitted in May of 2016, nearly ten months later and was ineligible for a refund. Buyer expressed shock that the seeds sold to her were for the 2015 growing season, but made no inquiry prior to purchase or after receipt of the item (a 2015 harvest had not yet occurred as these are late season bloomers, she received the freshest seed available and they were germination tested by a third party prior to release.) We made a determination based on the length of time that had passed since the purchase and supporting information provided by the buyer which suggested she did not follow the growing instructions. Buyer submitted photos which showed more than 60 empty plugs and approximately 17 with seedlings. The packet of seeds purchased from us contained only 15 seeds suggesting that she had difficulty germinating many other seeds as well. In addition, though the buyer insisted she followed the sowing instructions exactly, in follow-up communication she noted that a heat mat was used. A heat mat was not required for these seeds and it was explained to the buyer that this may have deterred germination results. Buyer clearly did not read our refund policy and in all likeliness did not read the instructions provided with the seed, or chose to ignore it. We cannot be held liable for her failure to follow instructions.

I planted some Double Brocade gloxinia seed from Seeds4Change_ny on September 7. The fifteen seeds supplied produced only five plants. When I complained to the company on October 8, they first questioned my planting technique, then stalled on doing anything, and finally refused to take any responsibility for selling bad seed. The customer service rep continued to insist the gloxinia seed was pelleted, which it was not. She also questioned whether I'd planted their seed or some from another vendor. Unfortunately for them, I had planted their seed side-by-side with other Double Brocade seed from another vendor...which germinated quite well. And, I'd carefully labeled the plantings. I'm fairly experienced at growing gloxinias from seed. //www.senior-gardening.com/features/gloxinias.html While I'm getting old, I don't get a simple seeding of two packets of seed mixed up. Here's the final email from Seeds4Change's Rachel: "While I do understand your disappointment with the germination results, as I stated in my previous correspondence, we do not guarantee individual results. All of our seeds are professionally tested by a third party prior to sale to ensure that seeds are viable. The seeds you purchased from us were in pelleted form. We currently ONLY offer the Brocade Mix in pelleted form. If yours were not, perhaps the seeds you have sown were not our seeds at all? To date, we have had no other complaints regarding issues with germination to support that any contamination may have occurred. I have attached a photo displaying the germination test results provided by our supplier. Again, this is our confirmation that the seeds sold to you have been professionally tested and are not faulty." While Seeds4Change may sell a lot of good seed, I was unlucky enough to get inferior seed from them (33% germination). Obviously from their own words, they don't back their seed. After dealing with them on this seed, I won't be using them again.

Buyer stated that the seed purchased from us was not in pelleted form. As we only stock this item in pelleted form, it seems that the buyer has made an error regarding where he purchased this product. All of our seed is fresh and professionally tested by an independent third party prior to sale. These tests returned an 86% success rate for our current stock. Individual results can vary depending on temperature/soil conditions and planting methods. A merchandise credit was offered as a courtesy to the buyer but was refused. Buyer threatened negative feedback would be left on numerous sites should he not receive a full refund. Our refund policy is provided in each of our product listings which clearly states that refunds are offered only in the event that the species is not as stated.

This seller had just what I needed and courteously responded quickly to my initial question about quantity per packet. I purchased one packet of seeds and they promptly arrived in a secure package just three days later with a nice photo and planting instructions. Although I have grown this plant before, I am certainly looking forward to planting these beautiful Star of David--Okra seeds. I expect to buy from this A++ seller again.
