The Waddell Farmhouse is pleased to announce that we have teamed up with FEEDING AMERICA and our local food banks to make sure no one in America goes hungry. We will now donate all our left over garden produce to our local food banks. If you have any left over vegetables in your gardens please check with your local food banks to see if they can use the produce.

I can't say enough about the service I received when ordering from the Waddells. Mr. Waddell answered a number of questions I had before I placed an order. After placing the order (just before Thanksgiving), Mr. Waddell kept me informed of it's status every step of the way by email and phone calls. There were two items that they were out of and Mr. Waddell apologized for being out of inventory. He even doubled my seed order and included some peat pots. We only live about 3 hours away from the Waddell Farmhouse Seeds and we received the order the day after it was shipped. Talk about great service! It's true that we could find seeds cheaper elsewhere but not by much. I'd much rather pay a little more for seeds and get exceptional customer service. We'll definitely be ordering from Waddell Farmhouse again. Jason D.

I received my order this afternoon. I was so surprised that they had included some free pots and trays that I did not order. The cost of the pots and trays more than covered the shipping cost. I have never used fiber pots before, but now can't wait to see how they work out. This company really goes above what normal customer service really is. I was told upfront that it would take about 10 days to receive my order and they called me the day they mailed it. I checked the postage date and it was the same day they called me. I am very pleased with this company.

This is the third seed company I have bought from and I have to say I am very pleased and will use them again. I requested a catalog for this on another web site and received a personal note saying they no longer mail out print catalogs due to the company going GREEN and the cost of printing a 800 page catalog. I appreciated their honesty, so I decided to call them and they were so helpful. They spent over 30 minutes answering all my questions. I ordered my seeds using my PayPal account and received them today with a personal thank and over $100 in coupons. I am very satisified with this company and wanted to pass it on.

I have never made a postive comment about a company before, but I needed to say something about this one. They had a link on their website back to this one so I decided to leave it here. I have ordered from many companies in my 68 years, but none of them have made me feel like what I had to say mattered. This company really seems to care about the customer first. I told them I always buy seeds for all my family for Christmas, but this year would have to cut back due to the ecomomy and I had been under the weather a little more this year. Mr Waddell was so understanding and listened to me talk for about half an hour. Well, I received my seeds yesterday after 13 days (which they had mentioned), and they had sent my order plus what I had told them I usually order. They also sent a note telling me to have a Merry Christmas and the extra seeds were their Christmas present to me. If I had used this Company before I would have said it was because of all the money I had aleady spent, but this company did not know me from Adam. Mr Waddell even said I hope you are feeling better in his personal note. Well I have rambled enough, but I did want to thank this company and let everyone else know how I was treated. I will use them again for next Christmas.

First time ever using this company and was pleasantly surprised how nice they were. I have found cheaper seeds, but no company has been as friendly and upfront with me. I really liked that they did not charge my credit card until they called me first and shipped my seeds and pots. You made me comfortable dealing with a smaller company that is not well known.

I was looking for a new seed company and found them by accident. I decided to order the smallest packet they had and when I received them today, they had sent more seed than I had ordered with a thank you, and a 5% off or free shipping coupon whichever is greater for my next visit. It did take 12 days for the seeds to arrive here in Dallas, but I did receive 2 phone calls, one when they received my order and then 3 days later when they were mailed. They made me feel so comfortable, so I will now be buying my seeds from this company.
