from Ottawa, Canada Planted Little Bluestem (Schizachyrium scoparium) seeds from Hawthorn Farm, 4 seeds x 32 cells in a flat. Out of about 128 seeds, only a handful germinated. Not a big deal since the cost per packet was low - only wasted some time. I had much better luck with ornamental grass seed from Jelitto. How come we have to order from Germany to get good North American native grass seed? | |
