Have used Chesmore for the past three years and have always been very pleased with the service and the seeds. Great germination, fine choice of varietys, and the prices are unbeatable. Would highly reccomend Chesmore and have done so many times in the past.

Have done business with Chesmore for quite a few years; experience has been almost always positive. Company is definitely oriented to the large scale and commercial gardener--they make no secret about it in their literature and their pricing schemes--but will sell to anyone if they are willing to buy the minimum amount. Offerings tend to the extremes: the oldie standards and the latest superhightech hybrids with little in between, but prices are excellent and so is service.
On December 26th, 2008, beetgreens changed the rating from positive to neutral and added the following:

Went out of business by 2008. Sold out to a national company which, sadly, has drastically changed the flavor and offerings of the company. Recommend E&R Seed or Morgan County Seeds as a replacement vendor.

They are more for bulk seed and commercial gardener supply. But their quantities are small enough to compete quite effectively with others when mg. are others package size.
