Ecom Office Supplies

I have dealt with Ecom in the past with no issues. However, I placed an order in June for 26 PTouch tapes. The order was immediately charged to my credit card in full. To date, I have received 15 of the 26. I received one call from the Owner Larry who promised I would have my remaining tapes by August 31. Well, here we are in Jan of 2013 and I still never received my remaining tapes. I've left messages, sent emails, etc. and absolutely no response. I think this is a poor way to do business, especially with a customer who has done lots of business with you in the past. I recommend you find another company who values and supports their customers!

We have purchased specialty product positively in the past due to competitive pricing. However, last 3 times we have ordered we have had problems getting product in timely manner, despite being told on previous order that inventory problems had been resolved. Our email status requests go unanswered, and when we finally call, it sounds as though Larry is busy and just promises whatever is needed to end phone call.

The service was incredible, with lightening fast shipping. Will definitely go with this company again next time I need to order!

larry is the absolute best. he is quick to respond with any question and is so patient even with repeated emails. shipment was super fast.

I got in on the last day of the co-op (12/31/07). I got an email from Larry shortly after I placed the order and then the package shipped the same day. I received my order on 1/03/08--very fast even with the holiday. I will definitely order from here in the future.

Was very pleased with the customer service and one-on-one shopping assistance. I found ECOM through the P-Touch label co-op here on DG but with the way that was set up, we actually ordered directly from the business and I would not hesitate to do so again.

Ordered P-touch tapes through the co op on DG. The prices were excellent and about half of what I can get locally at a well-known office supply store. Customer service was helpful and pleasant. My items arrived in great shape within two to three days. I would definitely order more from them in the future. I recommend them highly. I appreciate the co op opportunity they have given us on DG.

Joined co-op (May'07) and ordered on the 9th, got shipping confirmation on the 10th, and received my package on the 12th! Can't beat that for service! Packaging was superior in addition to being such a BARGAIN! Will definitely purchase labels from them from now on!

Contacted this company because I wanted to find out if they would include tapes for my labeler in a DG co-op. Left a message for the contact person, and he called me back the next day. He was extremely pleasant, and said he was willing to give me the co-op discount on the labels that fit my printer. He gave me great prices. I calculated what I thought it would cost (about half of what I would have paid at any local office supplies store), plus shipping. When I received the invoice, it was to the penny what I had figured. Shipping was very fast, too. I would definitely do business with these folks again.

Ecom Office Supplies carries Brother Tape Labelers and Supplies and the tape cartridges are the least expensive I could find. Much less than even the discount office supply stores. They also carry the industrial or heavy duty type that I like to use on my plant markers. In addition, I placed my order on Sunday and I received my tapes on Wednesday. Can't ask for more
