I ordered 3 -12"x130' rolls of 1/2" bubble wrap via their website and paid $78.58 via Paypal. They emailed the following day, "Our calculator just added the weights of all 6 packages and billed you for 1 package! ...please send an additional payment of $19.05...and we'll ship the bubble ASAP!" The following day, without a response from me, they shipped 5 of the 6 rolls, setting up a delivery date without consulting me first. They never responded to my subsequent email stating that I will be out of town the week it is to be delivered.
