from Barberton, OH This company is now named Organic Heirloom Pants, same owner, Wendy Wiegert, and same address. I ordered from her in March, 2012. I have contacted her by mail and Facebook for her website at least 20 times. I never received my order and contacted her in April. I got n excuse of a freeze and reimbursement o follow. A month later, nothing. I contacted her again. She said don't worry, refunds were coming. She refused to respond to the BBB, or me. It's been now 7 months, still nothing. from Houghton, MI I ordered several seed packets and plants from this company and recieved the best customer service and quick response ever! I was so impressed with the well designed seed packets which had more seed in them than expected at only .99 cents! They had heirloom organic seed that I couldn't find anywhere else! What a steal! The shipping was super fast and packaged well. I've e-mailed them several times with questions and always got a quick response. they are very knowledgeable people and really care about their customers satisfaction. You don't find this kind of business around much anymore! The plants arrived very healthy and in great shape too! I will definately deal with them for now on! Can't beat these prices with this kind of fantastic service! I've recommended them to all my gardening friends and they have gotten the same experience! Gotta love this company! All the best! from Timberville, VA I ordered from Wendy Wiegert on the 12th of September. She was a new memeber of the Gardenfriends. My order totaled to 16.90. I explained to Wendy that I am living on Social security. I ordered herbs and some perennials. I waited on my order and then emailed the group and emailed Wendy. I then called her and she told me that she would send my order out on Monday and I should receive it on Thursday. That was Oct. the 20th. I waited and called her again on the 24th of October to ask her to please send me a money order in the amount of 16.90, that I didn't want any plants because it was getting to cold to start them. I left this on her answering machine to please call me or email me to let me know. She has not sent my plants nor has she responded to my calls or emails! I have my money order receipt but no plants! from Clawson, MI At the end of August, Wendy posted on the MPE site that she had extra plants in her greenhouse and was having a sale. I ordered 18 plants to be shipped within 48 hours. It took her approximately 3 weeks to ship starter plants that were at the greatest height 2 inches. They were all over in the box, very poorly packed. During that time period I sent her several emails and made two phone calls just to get those. I planted them and am praying that they survive the Winter. Darlene | |
