My yard is very heavy clay soil. Like many I searched to find something to help breakdown the clay and improve the soil quality. I started using Aerify and Aerify plus in hopes of accomplishing this. I have been using it for three years and I am sad to say there is absolutely no change in soil quality water runoff or any of the other promised results, except fore the much lighter wallet. It did NOT work for me in thjee years

We used Aerify on East Texas black gumbo soil. After tilling up the new ground for our daylily seedling bed, we had a 30' by 100' bed of solid black "rocks." Utterly dismayed, I searched on-line for something that would help. I ordered Aerify, and after a couple of applications with repeat tilling, the "rocks" had become like very small pea gravel. We were finally able to plant our 1200 daylily seedlings. I am definitely a believer in Aerify to help break up clay soils and the even-more-evil black gumbo.

I first came across Natures Lawn's site while searching Google for ways to improve the lawn quality of my lawn. I live in South Central Pennsylvania, and my property is nothing but the highest quality clay for pottery you can find, but if you are like me and would rather see green and establish a nice lawn. It provides it's share of headaches. This year has been especially rainy and clay being a water retainer will keep my lawn looking like a swamp for a day or so till it drains off. I have tried renting machines to aerate my lawn but with the clay and the rain, the holes in the lawn as filled back up in a day or two. Waste of time and money. So when I first discovered Aerify Plus I was hesitant because like most products that claim to save the world and end up destroying it and your wallet I was very hesitant to try this product at first. I did purchase the spray bottle and gallon refill and followed the directions exactly. It has been a little more than a month since I started the applications. I am starting to see slight improvement already. I no long have the issue with rain water laying in the lawn for days. Even after an especially heavy rain shower the lawn will now drain the water in about an hour. Plus, I now have birds covering my lawn after a rain shower looking for a meal. So I guess the worm activity has really taken off. I haven't seen a huge improvement in the grass itself as of yet, however I am being patient and letting it work. I do intend to keep using Aerify Plus and hope to try a few other products sold by Natures Lawn here soon. Thanks guys, you are saving my lawn, not to mention my sanity. Phill

This company is everything you ever dreamed about. Their product "Aerify Plus" will break up your hard soil and allow the roots to penetrate. I took out a lot of quackgrass and fescue from my lawn this past summer, and was amazed that the roots only went down about 2-3 inches. I had wondered why my shrubs, trees, and flowers never really seemed to look "right". Well, I applied Aerify Plus twice (a week apart) at 4oz. per GAL., and the soil is now much easier to dig in. The lawn has turned a deep, rich green, and my shrubs are putting forth new growth--even though it is now October 27 & winter is coming. I had a terrible experience with the Lazy Man product from Outside Pride, which did nothing that I could see and stained my concrete and vinyl siding so bad, that I had to buy a $600 pressure washer to remove them. Something called "Soil Syrup" wouldn't even spray from my hose end sprayer at the highest setting. I had none of these problems with Aerify Plus and can't recommend it highly enough. Stuart Franklin from the Company says that higher application rates won't hurt anything, just cause results to appear faster (of course, it uses the product faster). Service from Natures Lawn is fast, with an acknowledgement e-mail and shipping confirmation standard procedure. In the comments section of your order, ask for a UPS shipping # to track your package. Guess what--there are still good companies out there!!

Having just had my yard aerated at $75 again (twice yearly), I decided to try their product Aerify Plus. I thought it was a little pricey at $55 per gallon until I saw how little you use per application. Still a bit skeptical because l used the worthless LazyMan aerator from Outside Pride, I still decided to try this product. I'm glad I did. From the moment of application, the soil (clay and sand) absorbed the water. After core aeration, I would still have puddles after 3 minutes with the sprinklers turned on. After an application of Aerify Plus, it took 6 minutes and the next day I didn't see any standing water until after 10 minutes. I also sprayed it on my hillside which had more dead iceplant that alive. Within 5 days, the iceplant was visibly growing again and the water was penetrating. It's now been 3 weeks and the entire hillside is showing active and quick growth. I don't care how much I watered it before and how often, the water wouldn't penetrate it. My yards are now taking a full 15 minutes of sprinklers before puddles form and using a watering probe, I can go down 5 inches and it shows "wet." That has never happened before. I ordered on a Tuesday and it was received within a week from Florida to California. Received an email confirmation of the order instantly and a shipping notice the next day. So finally there are a few products that work. This is one of them, and per application, it's WAY cheaper in the long run. I figure a gallon will last me for at least 3 or 4 years. I have to wait and see what the "Plus" part will do as that takes some time per their website. This is something I can recommend.
