from Albany, NY I ordered from Birch bay because I was searching for water lily dahlias. The roots I received were very small and had a spongy feel. They were all tossed in together & labeled with a small code written on the root. I will plant them and hope they will grow to blooming size some day. disappointed in the quality. | |
