from preston, United Kingdom I placed an order and did not receive all that I ordered I used the free phone to ask what had happened to the order. I explained that the order was for two items but only received one in the post there comment was we will look into it and put one in the post, it is obvious that did not believe me as they have not sent me the item or even tried to contact me.
