from Albany, NY (Zone 5b) I was VERY pleased with this company! They sent very nice, BIG fans, and had wonderful prices! Bonus plants were WAY MORE than generous!! I will be buying more daylilies from them for sure! The owner, Jeff Cox, has WONDERFUL communication skills! He promptly returned all my emails, and answered all of my questions with a great deal of expertise! He shipped my order with lightning speed! Even emailed me to let me know they were on the way! Just a wonderful company that does business the way a consumer wants to see!! A+ | |

from Rochester, NY I want to recommend this company to all. Find this company from web search. Because I am a Daylily and Hosta fan. and surprisingly find them have a very good price for the big "clump" sale online. unfortunately there's no comment for this company here. I sent them an email to ask about the plant details and also told them my bad experience for the online order. I got replied from Mr.Jeff Cox ( I assume he is the owner) Folks! That is the first "LONG AND NICE " reply I ever got. especially it's from the owner. I can't imagine how busy he is and appreciate so much for his time to send me a SINCERE FROM HEART email back.
After I contacted with him , all the wonderful response from him, plus he replied very fast!! I have no doubt to make my order right away. I think the first impression is already made from the owner's awesome attitude. I am glad to find this company and like the way Mr.Jeff introduced his company, no matter good or bad, at least I think he is veryyyyyy honest.
I also did a request to change my order few days ago. Because my mom loves Daylily " Siloam Double Classic", Mr.Jeff replied me said he added this item as a "GIFT PLANT" to me, no need to change anything. Hey folks, isn't this guy nice or what? Pity I don't live near his nursery, otherwise I would like to visit it. I just feel this is some kind of company you should know about it.
