About a month ago I purchased a fruit cocktail tree and a couple of grape vines from Trees Direct Online, which I found on this website. The employees that work there are very pleasant to talk to and very helpful. They took my order and since I was close enough to drive and pick up my order them, they had it ready for me when I arrived. I have planted the tree and grape vines and all are doing great. We are supposed to have a freeze here and I called them for advice on how to protect the items that I bought and they happily advised. The products I received from this company were very good quality and people that work there goes far beyond the normal good service. I will definitely order from them again.

I don't believe all these positive reviews. I think this company must be a fraud. Based on the reviews I read here, I tried to place an order online yesterday. After the final screen with the credit card, I got a bogus error screen, and cannot place the order. Repeated attempts to call their number results in nothing but a busy signal, even at midnight! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I've ordered from them a few times, shipping is quick, and the price for whips is pretty good.

I ordered two peach trees and couldn't be happier. They arrived via postal service, very quickly I might add, well packed and moist. They arrived healthy and starting to leaf out.They are on the small side but inexpensive I will order from Trees Direct Online again!

I highly recommend this company. The blueberries and fruit cocktail trees were budding when I received them and the roots were moist. The blueberries were hugh bushes well worth the price paid!!! Overall an excellent experience!

Thanks to the Garden Watchdog, I narrowly avoided ordering from one of the worst outfits listed. I found TreesDirect.com, and ordered 15 assorted fruit trees (peaches, pears, apples, plums, nectarine, and fruit coctail) at a lower price than the bad guys offered. The trees arrived about 2 1/2 weeks ago, on March 16, in excellent condition and very well protected in their packaging. I'm in north MS, a little south of their nurseries. A couple of the trees were showing bud activity, but my holes were dug and they went in the ground immediately. Now everything is looking great, with new growth on everything. Just yesterday I received a catalog that looked good. I checked with the Watchdog- another bad guy! Many thanks for your website, Dave.

I ordered a Bonanza Peach from Trees Direct Online. I was surprised that they would only ship after most Nurseries ended their shipping schedules for the season. When I asked about this, I was told they had to wait until they got their trees in from their suppliers. After I hung up I realized this made no sense if they were actually the grower of the trees as they purport to be. On their website they state: ”How can we sell at such low prices? Because we are the grower. There is no middleman. The pictures you see of trees on our website are of trees on our farms. We bud, graft, plant, grow, grade, harvest, pack and ship our own trees.“ If there is no middleman and they are the grower, who is the supplier they were waiting on? Are they selling left over stock that other Nurseries cannot sell by the end of their shipping season? I don't know and I guess it doesn't really matter. Anyway, that aside, I received my tree after it was already breaking dormancy. While this is not a good thing, it seems to be doing just fine so far. All in all, I think this company supplies a very good product for an amazingly low price and very low shipping. I would have paid up to $50 with shipping from other sources; I got this tree for less than $20 delivered. The selection offered is very limited, but if they have what you want, this company can't be beat. I will order from them again.

Received my order from Trees Direct about a week ago. Trees were not quite as big as I'd expected (based on the size of trees received from them on an order from last year) but still an incredible deal for the price. More importantly, they are all in GREAT shape and very, very Healthy--received them dormant, planted only about a week ago and they are already are leafing out! This is an EXCELLENT place to buy GOOD QUALITY, HEALTHY Fruit Trees! My only regret is I don't have enough room in my back/front yard for MORE TREES from Trees Direct!!

I found TreesDirect on the Garden Watchdog and decided to try them. I had a great experience. I ordered 12 fruit trees and 2 blueberry bushes. I placed my order on April 10th PM and early on the 11th I received an email from them. They said they were processing the order and would send it out on the 12th. I received them the next day. All the plants are doing great and all have little buds on them already. Sure some were small trees but all were and are in great condition. The 3 apple trees were as large as the ones in my local Lowe's store; the big difference was TreesDirect gave me a bigger choice and a lower price. I have always wanted an orchard now I have a great place to buy my tress. I will be buying from you again and have a few friends who want some too. Thank you TreesDirect and Thank you Garden Watchdog for offering this service.

Unbeatable price. Trees arrived in good condition. The peaches were about the size I expected, but he Pears were huge! I'd pay $28 each from Stark Bros for the same trees. The apples and Japanese Maples were smaller, but for the $3 or $4 I paid, I was very happy with them. I was notified a day or two after I put in the order that they were out of my Raspberries. They offered a refund or replacement. I got 3 replacements instead of the one and several other orders doubled. That was a lot fun planting all those free trees. I ordered from them again this year and would recommend them to anyone. P.S. I had to wait a while for the new web page to be done this year. (I wonder if that was them figuring out how many they had left to sell thru this company.) So if the web site is not up again for a while next year, just be patient.

my great grandfarther, grandfather, and mother were all comercial gardeners. they all had orchards ( some the familyand some they started) as well as flowers and vegtables. when I bought a old farm and orchard they said to stay away from the low priced trees. Kids never listen. I am 47 still a kid in the Orchard world. I didn't listen and ordered 150 trees from trees direct and ordered some that were for a zone one less than I live in. 165 trees arived and 163 of them are doing very well. also with3miles of wire on electric fence I still have to prune the deer more often than the trees.

I had an excellent experience with this company. They were very helpful and always responded immediately to any questions that I had. I ordered several trees and other plants. All were received (along with some extras) in excellent condition and did quite well. My blackberries produced well the first season.(just a few months after planting). One of the trees were missing from the order and they gave me the option of a refund or replacement. The replacement included three trees for the one that was missing. I am pleased with every aspect of this company. Excellent products, service and prices. I will order from them again without any hesitation.

Placed a small order (2 fruit trees, 2 blueberries,1 grape) for container plants Sept.1 and immediately received an email confirming the order; 1 hour later received another email for tracking my order with UPS. I thought it couldn't get better than this. I was wrong. Six business days later I received my plants: well packaged, strong top growth, well developed root system. I thought it definitely couldn't get better than this. Wrong again! They sent me 2 extra fruit trees!

Another WOW! I can't believe the size and quality of trees for the prices they sell them at! I just got my trees, ordered one week ago. Actually, they must have come yesterday and UPS left the box in my garage. I've got to get planting (got 30 trees) so will leave this brief, but do not hesitate to order from TreesDirectOnline! I will absolutely order again.

Ordered from their clearance on April 23rd (Friday). Received email confirmation. Had a question and was immediately emailed back. Received trees on April 28th (Wednesday). All were well packed, labeled, budding and as described. UNBELIEVABLE PRICES!! (20 trees for $60.00 w/shipping!) Would order again and recomend to family!

all i can say is WOW. i will never buy trees from anybody else. this place you cannot beat the price, quality, or customer service received. Apparently (from the lady that runs this company), She is a small little 'offshoot' for her husbands tree business (he deals in millions of trees a year, and from how it was explained to me, his end of the business supplies most home depots, menards, etc, aswell as many many online facilities with their trees.) she takes their 'overages' and sells them online at a bargain price. now dont let her price fool you. These arent sick little sticks. I rec'd from her Apple tree whips 2+foot in size, budding. (RED, YELLOW, and Columnar Red varieties), as well as grafted 'fruit cocktail' trees (budding aswell). if all goes well, i will definately be ordering more from her. hope this helps. 'g'

I have ordered from the mail order nurseries for many years, and I guess I was used to paying alot of $$ for trees, shrubs etc. I can't believe the prices of this company, and the quality of what I received!! I ordered from Greenwood Nursery about the same time, paid $15.00 per tree, and received very nice trees, and was very satisfied. I found this company (treesdirectonline.com) posted on GardenWeb, and ordered 6 fruit trees at $3.95 each, (cherries 2.95) I was really NOT expecting much from them, but I received just as good or better 2ft whips of what I ordered than i received from greenwood, plus they threw in 2 free apricot tree whips. Very friendly emails, plus a phone call. I am VERY happy!!! Christy Bingham
