i ordered 20 calla lily bulbs recently from Everest nursery and company Kalimpong mr. nirmal pradhan sent the bulbs on 15-12-2012 and i received it on 26-12-2012 (kerala) through ' india post'. The bulbs were undamaged and of good quality and packaging was also excellent . i planted all bulbs achieved 19/20 success . i preferred India post because it will deliver at my doorstep. BUYING bulbs/plants from the nursery is really worth , best customer service , they will confirm the delivery by directly contacting you. india post will take time for long distance orders so better opt for a fast courier company.So if you spot an item here just place an order blindly rest they will take care of! best wishes , joseph michael jose kerala

We send money for orchids and $100.00 for Phytosanitary Permit and Cites documentation. Neither were provided in the shipment. The USDA seized the parcel. Everest mis-represented the contents of the shipment to our express carrier causing significant delays. When we confronted Everest Nursery and asked for our money back, they have not complied.
