The Russels provide excellent products and service. Each plant was in perfect condition, each was labeled for identification, and the information they included with my purchase covered care, reproduction, mounting tips, and even the most common mistakes people make while attempting to grow Tillandsia. The service was of a true concern for shipping plants at the appropriate time, packaging was excellent, and they could not have been nicer in any communications we had.
