from Pittsburgh, PA (Zone 6a) I ordered a lotus plant and rec'd 3 dead tubers. What's worse than one dead plant? Three dead plants! I requested a full refund and they'll only send a partial. Why? They say they don't have the funds. They certainly have cause I sent it. I will never again order from this company. | |
