Very happy with my first shipment from Clouds, I received 4 plants, all healthy and as a bonus, 2 were in spike although they were ordered as a near blooming size and a large seedling. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, very good value! I will definitely order again!

I was actually about to go on their site again to browse the catalog, notice this site and I decided I owe it to them and anyone interested in ordering orchids to write a review. I started ordering from them only this year around May. I am now on my sixth order. And for the sake of this review counted all my purchases from them and even shocked myself that since May I've received 44 plants. I keep ordering from them because they make the whole process smooth and enjoyable. From the beginning, there prices are reasonable, some items I even dare say cheap. See for yourself. Compare their prices with other company. Also, they have many Cattleyas and Paphs. seedlings for $10. How can you beet that. Of course they also sell blooming sizes. Prices for delivery is also very reasonable. When you receive your order, the plants are packed very neatly. It's hard to describe, lets just say the barks and chips stays where it supposed to stay and out of my 44 plants(from small seedlings to large blooming size) nothing have been damaged. The biggest treat for me was I think it was my second order and I ordered a near blooming size Delophylum and it come in with two buds. I can't do this review without mentioning Warren. He is informative, pleasant business person and is quick to reply to your concerns or questions. The most important thing is all the plants are healthy and doing fine. Sorry, nothing negative to say except I partially blame them for my orchid addiction.

Purchased 11 Cattleya and Paphiopedilum plants from Cloud's in May 2009. Warren's communication and emails were prompt and informative, they found larger size plants when they had them. All plants arrived in perfect condition and are healthy and obviously well grown. Can highly recommend this company.

Purchased orchids for mailorder. Very happy with the speed and quality of service. Warren was very prompt, helpful and professional during all communications. 10 out of 10 for customer service. My plants were very healthy and happy when they arrived. Most were seedlings (small and large) and plugs (10 seedlings of type). It would be nice if their website offered secure, on-line ordering. I will deal with them again once the weather warms up for shipping.

Excellent, healthy plants. I don't mail-order, I just make arragnement to pick up the plants at a local orchid show. Great selection, and REGULAR UPDATES of their website!
