Grrrrrrr!!!!! I ordered 2 books several years ago from this company and after receiving the first one I realized they were very cheaply made and contained basic info so I returned the 2nd book when it arrived. The price to return it was crazy! Well, long story short, I KEEP receiving books from them even after I wrote and told them to please stop! Guess what arrived yesterday? You guessed it...another book! They don't even put their name on the outside of the package, I presume they are hoping you will keep the book because you opened it to see who the sender was. If opened, you have to pay return shipping fees. The box states: Fulfillment Center P.O. Box 1001 Wixom, MI 48393 I am so glad that I "Googled" the address on the box and found your review site. I do not open ANY boxes without a sender's name printed on the outside so I'm no longer stuck paying high return shipping fees!!!! After being stuck paying almost $18 to return a $34 book (from another company) I NEVER OPEN "no name" boxes! Beware!

I had a good experience with this company a few years ago when I ordered Liquid Fence. However, I no longer order from them because I find the products cheaper elsewhere. I still receive their email newsletter and have noticed that it is recycled every year -- that is, this month's newsletter is IDENTICAL to that of the same month last year!

I purchased one of his books I wanted. Now I receive books without even ordering them. I've been asked to be removed from his mailing list. They want you to refuse their books before you even receive them. Stay away from them!!!!

I purchased a couple of books from this Co. at the end of Aug-07.In Oct 07 I sent them an email with the conformation # ,they said my order (#12673552) had been shipped on 9/21/07. The last email i got was from Stephanie Bostic stating "If you don't receive the books by 10/17/07 to contact them. Hello! It is now Nov. and this Co. No longer answers any emails.Fortunately I purchased this with Visa.I called Visa and filled out a Non-Compliance form and Visa said they had gotten a lot of complaints re: This Co. for failure to ship products.I'll have to wait a few more weeks but I will get my money back from Visa. Also this Co.charges for 1st class shipping but sends U.S. Mail (No tracking #).This might have been a legitimate business at one time but it isn't any longer.

Well the jury is still our on this one. I ordered a sprayer and a book online and they did not ship it. I called and they said they had lost the order and were sorry but would get it right out Fed Ex instead of US Post Well, one week later I called back and they had still not sent it out. The man did not know why but assured me it would go out that day Fed Ex and I would get it within a week. I am waiting to see how it goes. BEV

I've ordered books, sprayers, and some mole repellents from Jerry Baker. The books are very good reading and give some interesting tips and ideas for gardeners, especially for those looking to avoid chemical fertilizers and use more natural solutions. The sprayers were of very good quality for $6.65 each. Nice to have extras for specific mixtures. All in all a positive shopping experience.
