I have ordered from World Wide Exotic Seed, and was very pleased with their service and their selection. They are very upfront about the amount of seeds in a pack; I've had good germination rates, and their selection is fantastic. Their catalog is well worth $3, but you do need to know what you are looking for, or be experimental because there are no pictures. He has bonsai seeds, medicinal herbs: really everything you could desire, and the service is pleasant too!
