Found this company on Dave's Garden and checked out their site. Found exactly what I was looking for in a 2 foot seed starter light w/tray. It was just the size I needed. Ordered it on Feb.18, it was shipped on Feb. 23 and reached me on Mar 1. With help from my son, it was put together today and my little windowsill-type greenhouses are tucked under the lights instead on the cool windowsills. Good quality and a sturdy item. I'm very satisfied.

I was looking for a decent light fixture stand at a reasonable price and this company had the best price I could find. They let me know when my order shipped out and it arrived pretty fast. Great business!

Ordered 8 permanest trays, 2 dome lids, a light timer, a hose faucet attachment (mini reel), and gnat stix. The price was the best I found online, shipping was reasonable and speedy, and they sent several emails letting me know the status of my order at any given time. This company was a pleasure to purchase from.

Had given up finding warm white fluorescent tubes for my light stands, locally. IGS was the only place I could find that still carried them(albeit the 34 watt engergy savers). Ordered a dozen tubes off their website Last Sunday afternoon. Got email confirmation & tracking no. My package arrived in good condition Tuesday. Can't do better than that.

I ordered a plant light cart from IGS a month ago. The service was quick, plant cart with lights is of wonderful quality-very sturdy, stable and attractive enough to be in my living room. It was very easy to put together. They even accept C.O.D. orders, a service which I used for my first order to test them for reliability. My african violets are thrilled with their new home. I can't wait to order an even bigger plant cart next time. Excellent company!

Ordered a 4 tier compact light cart,shipped within 3 days,had a problem with one of the fixtures as it was dented and bent,looked as if it was done during the manufacturing process as the shipping box had no damage to it.Sent an email to them about the damage and they immediately sent another fixture,heck they even picked up the old one.The only thing I would have wanted is an email stating that it was being shipped but that is trivial. Customer service is great and they now have me as a customer for life Thank you IGS Marty

I purchased a (three tiered four 48" lights) light stand with adjustable lights about 2 years ago. I have been using it ever since and it has worked great. Last month however I cracked one of the lampholders when I was putting in a new lamp. I called the company and they were very solicitous and helpful. Within 24 hours I had a replacement shipment containing 4 spare lampholders for free- It took 2 minutes to install and I am once again enjoying my grow light. I was very pleased with thier customer service.

I recently ordered a large quantity of Jiffy-7-25 pellets, and a table top light. Good service, both rec'd promptly. The quality of the welds on the stand could be improved. So far, it has worked fine (used for one week). The price was the absolute best on the web or anywhere, only a homemade one would be less.

I have ordered mostly light tubes from igs just put a order in for over a 100 tubes, always good customer service. ws tubes work great have large area for growing.

I have ordered fluorescent light stands (Floracarts) from this company before and found them to be good products (if somewhat pricey). The problem has been the four-tube T12 light fixtures purchased along with the light stands - several fixtures have failed or never worked. One was replaced by the company when reported immediately, but I am left with three more that stopped working properly after a couple of years. So a thumbs up in general on company shipping and service, but a thumbs down on this particular product.
