Fresh Cab® is the first & only EPA registered for indoor use botanical rodent repellent. Safe & effective when used as directed. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed or your money is returned!

I bought this product for a 2nd home. I followed the instructions, plus I thought I would double the success rate by adding some mouse traps. I was totally dismayed on the following trip to our 2nd home after finding a mice had actually eaten thru the pouch. I immediately called them for a refund but after some discussion, the rep. told me to remove the trap as mice would chance it and disregard the Fresh Cab in order to get the bait in the trap. With much hesitation we removed the manual traps and as far as we know, there has not been rodent activity whatsoever since then.

Two important considerations:
1) this is meant for closed spaces, ie. under counters, closets, attics, inside unused vehicles. It will not work in an open room, i.e. kitchen, for example, as the area is too big and the scent will quickly dissipate, which is the key deterrent. 2) The pouches MUST be replaced every 3 months as the fir oil will dissipate and the hungry mice might eat thru the ground corn husk, which is the absorbent material used in the pouch.

I am most impressed with this product b/c we don't have to handle the nasty traps, don't have to worry about poison to pets, and doubles as pest deterrent and deodorizer, with the nice fir scent.
