If I could give this place no stars I would but it forced me to give at least one....

WORST experience EVER!!! We purchased a Christmas tree on 11/28/09, took excellent care of it, but had pounds of needles falling off a week later. We were told we could exchange the tree but when we got down there, Sam the 'manager' and Yuri (sp??) some horrid side-kick, told us it was a no go. When we explained we had been told 3 times we could exchange but they still said no. Finally, after literally yelling at them we were told we could have a new tree....Sam however pulled some bull crap scare tactic and said to Yuri, right in front of us, 'I would fire that girl if I were you.' Obviously my husband and I are good people and didn't want someone to lose their job over the company selling us a bum tree so we agreed to pay cost for the tree. This place marks their trees up 100% so yeah, if they gave us the tree for free it would have been a wash for them. Now however, we have paid $220 for a less than mediocre tree and feel like WE did something wrong here.

Sam and Yuri are two of the most pathetic excuses for management I have ever come across and should take classes on what true customer service is. Sam also assured us that the girl we spoke to would not be fired because they stole another $70 from us but I don't believe him. I'll be calling back to check in with the girl to see if she in fact, still has a job. I plan on writing to local papers as well to put the word out about how TERRIBLE the managers are that Annies Gardens chooses to employ and what pathetic scare tactics they use to get more money out of their customers in a down economy with a baby on the way.
