David and Cindi Rowan (owners) were hired last summer to design and landscape our backyard. They were to put in new fencing, a sprinkler/drip system, brick in the patio, do the tree lawn and flower gardens as well as design and build a back porch, pergola and outdoor kitchen.
The design looked beautiful - David was to have done the work. He would show up weeks after he said he would so the progress limped into November when snow precluded any further progress. We have been left with no fence (just holes in the ground for the cement posts), the tree lawn is filled with thriving weeds (no grass), the sprinkler/drip system was not completed and more than 50% of their plantings have not come back this spring.
We have hired someone else to do the design and construction of the porch, pergola and outdoor kitchen. Cindi's has not delivered her design to the new contractors even though asked to do so (we paid her $2000 for it). They consistently do not answer emails or phone calls.
They looked good but they do not follow through -
