I have been calling Gateway Gardens/Cole Gardens directly for over 5 years to handle annual floral deliveries to my mother for Mothers' Day and her birthday. She has been pleased with every single arrangement and I have always felt they handled my call with professionalism and care.

I used to love this place, despite the excessive cost of the plants. However, I have recently had a very negative experience trying to buy some shrubs. I called and was told that the shrubs I wanted would be available the next day after being brought over from the remote greenhouse. I went the next day. I was told they didn't have any of that shrub. They took down my name and number and said they would call when the shrubs came in. Two weeks later, no phone call. Worse, when I called them, I was told nothing was ordered and the plants I was told were there, weren't. The reason the plants weren't ordered? They were busy. Sorry to bother them. I won't buy from them so they aren't so busy.
