Every time I've visited I have been VERY happy. They have good prices and a lot of selection. Many plants. Many tools. Even chickens peeping away in a stack of cages.
However, when I try to special order something, my satisfaction is not so good. It took a month to get special cactus food. Then, when I tried to order an out of the ordinary shrub, I was told the plants might arrive in 4 days, but if not, they would probably arrive in a couple of weeks. Um, huh? Either order the plants or don't order them. It wasn't like I wouldn't buy them if they came in. It is called a "special order" for a reason. I will go back for the usual plant & garden needs, just not the out of the ordinary stuff I like to order.
