A great little garden! A lot of new areas have recently been opened up. Great year round, but if you want the best experience, March when the Magnolias are in bloom, late April when the Cherries & tulips are in bloom and June when the Cranford Rose Garden comes alive are the absolute best times of the year to visit.

On a trip to NYC several years ago I visited this beautiful pristine garden. It was an experience I'll never forget. I remember feeling a bit disappointed that I wasn't visiting in June and was going to miss the roses! I visited in April and my disappointment vanished at first sight of the Magnolia Trees covered in huge blossoms. I never even knew trees could have such huge flowers! I was enchanted by the Japanese Garden with the Cherry Trees and garden bridges. There were Crocus, Snowdrops, Pansies, Violas, Sweet Alyssum, Forget-me-nots and so much more!
I hope I can visit again sometime. An April visit would make me very happy.
