I never had anything but positive experiences with them. This year is the first time I\'ll be using their web site for ordering tubers, both upright and hanging basket. I think June Bug larva got to my tubers last year. I suggest treating the soil for them.
I have been buying begonias from Antonelli Brothers since 1983 and over the years have had one issue. Five years ago i ordered all hanging basekets and they shipped me all uprights. I called and they cleared up this issue immed and sent me what i ordered and told me to keep the wrong order. I am saddened by Antonelli Brothers not re-opening their retail store as I had many memories petting "their infamous begonia smasher (CAT)" while stopping at their store when traveling to and from the coast, but suspect this has become a more home based business for the family...

When it was open they had a wonderful selection and good prices. They are mail/internet order now.

tried to call (voice mail only), tried to email, (preprinted response), tried to drive there and see it (can't find it).the retail location you mention. The retail location doesn't seem to exist, and they don't respond to inquiries.
