This is a wildlife refuge of about 16,251 acres along Delaware Bay of salt marsh, swamp, meadows, freshwater pools, and some open forest with good hiking trails, roads for cars and bicycles. A good number of waterfowl, perching birds, raptors, amphibians, reptiles, and fish can be found.
