This is a 217 acre county park of New Castle County in northern Delaware. It has a lot of pasture space with many white fences with the equestrian center with horses for riding and taking lessons at certain times, and it has a number of stables and shelters for the ponies, sheep, goats, lamas, chickens, and peacocks. It has a small, cute village of shops near the main parking lot. It has a lake of some acres in size, Enchanted Lake, that has Mallard Ducks, Graylag Geese, two Black Swans, and one Mute Swan. It has a good playground not far from the lake. It has some lovely climax forest of mostly beech, oaks, and tuliptrees, and a pine grove of White and Loblolly Pines, with a good amount of walking trails though the forest and pasture areas. It is free to visit and is open daily from dawn to dusk. The park office is open during business hours on M-F.
