Information on Cole Gardens

I used to love this place, despite the excessive cost of the plants and tools. However, I have recently had a very negative experience trying to buy some shrubs. I called and was told that the shrubs I wanted would be available the next day after being brought over from the remote greenhouse. I went the next day. I was told they didn't have any of that shrub. They took down my name and number and said they would call when the shrubs came in. Two weeks later, no phone call. Worse, when I called them, I was told nothing was ordered and the plants I was told were there, weren't. The reason the plants weren't ordered? They were busy. Sorry to bother them. I won't buy from them so they aren't so busy.

Cole Gardens is an exceptional garden center in Concord, NH. They have an excellent selection and variety of plants, trees and anything else you might want. Their staff is very knowledgeable and always helpful and friendly. They have an answer for every question no matter how big or small. In addition to providing excellent customer service, they also have regular educational seminars that are open to the public. You can attend and learn something new each time. They carry a very unique line of unusual garden tools and the quality of everything that they provide is excellent. Although I often go in there with an idea of what I want in mind-I almost always leave with new ideas (and purchases) too. It is a wonderful place to walk around and you will never leave empty handed.
