Well, I was sorry to hear the comments of the past two reviewers, as I have had a good experience there, but NOT RECENTLY. It was 10 or 12 years ago, that I visited. They are really off the beaten path, and were even isolated from the outside world due to devestating mud slide on HWY 508 for a couple years. You had to go east a long ways before you could turn west for I-5. That said, every one of the apple trees I bought there have survived. They used to seem to know really well, what fruit stock was best for western Washington, and advised us well. Their prices and customer service, at that time, were spot on. I would hope people would give them another try. Their catalog is extensive, and I have often wanted to add more trees or fruit stock to our property from them.

This spring I ordered Akevia vines and made the comment on the order that their shipping seemed high compared to other nurseries. The customer service rep responded with a lame excuse, but slipped in the comment that they expected me to waive their warranty. i advised them that their warranty was posted on their website and I wouldn't waive it. They then cancelled the order. They clearly won't stand behind their product and must want to ship unhealthy plants then stick the customer with them and keep your money.
Shop elsewhere!!
This nursery has had a long reputation for being 'organic/natural' and after to speaking to the lead Horticulturist...they do not even know the practices of the growers they get their plants, meaning they do not even grow them.
From and the conversation I had with Katie- the lead Hort.- she could care less weather I am satisfied with her lack of any explanation.
!!!! TERRIBLE PHONE/CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS !!!!
