In 2006 we ordered 100 Green Rockets from Advanced Trees. They were supposed to be in mini pots. When they arrived about 85 were out of the pots. The dirt was loose and not binding with the roots. It appeared that the trees were actually bare root and were put in the minipot (more expensive) and shipped to us. After the first year about 60 of the trees died. After much haggling they replaced them. Those trees and the remaining trees have died. We have asked for a 100 trees of different type to replace the 160 trees that died. Mark, at Advance Trees will only replace the 40 trees. That is fine with us. We will take the Green Rocket as replacements. This time however we will care for those trees as we have cared for hundreds of other trees we have planted. When I recently contacted Advance Trees, I was informed that a letter had been sent to me. I have not yet received the letter. I was told however that they want me to bring in the 40 dead trees. That is fine. All I wanted originally was my money back. Dealing with Mark has been to say the least very difficult. The tale continues
