Good experience! Steve had Superthrive which I wanted to try and also sold me some ladybugs and praying mantis eggs which I was really excited about. There are two hydroponic gardening places in Springfield and I have nothing against the other one with the exception that they don't seem to keep regular hours and it's hard to do business with someone when you don't know when or if they'll be open. Waterworks keeps regular hours and Steve is very friendly. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want.
This store is great,, they make hydroponic gardening easy,, I go in there several times a week and have never once felt pressured, I have seen Steve interact with tons of people and always does it with a smile and has a fun time doing it.. the other comment on this site is bogus,, did i mention he gives hydroponic equiptment to schools and will help teach them for FREE.. GOD BLESS
water works indoor gardening is a joke. the dude is a rude ass and he will sell you shit you really dont need to make that extra buck on you. go to another store like kreations. they are way better. just my opinion but you are an idiot if you buy from here.
