To Anyone That will Listen:
I had Acaia come out to my home and perform a professional estimate, they came out and gave me a price after their evaluation. We discussed water pressure and they assured me that they were careful in their estimation and everything will go "as planned". After paying them a portion up front, they waited at least a month to come out to do the job that they said would only take one day for their experienced crew to perform. In that months time, I had an accident and was bed ridden, but they came out and performed the work. It took them three days, then they said that the job required more zones than initially estimated and the cost increased by about $1,000.00. I was obviously on pain medication and not really able to pay attention to what they were doing, I explained this to them and they said they would come back out and explain the whole system to me, show me how to work the controller, etc. After they received their money, they wouldn't even answer the phone, I even tried calling from different phone numbers and they would never answer nor return any messages. About 1 week after they left my house, I noticed they had taken my gas grill (a very nice expensive Weber grill) and flipped it over on it's side in my back yard. It was so unecessary. This company is the worst company I've experienced in my whole life. They are SCAM artists - BEWARE !!!! Their workmanship was parallel to their character as well, very poor. I have sprinkler heads sticking way out of the ground in several locations. They also managed to seize up my booster pump while they were on site too - an additional expense for me to correct. Like I said - STAY AWAY from this company.
