A lot of time went into this and find it helpful in variety selection.But one may bear in mind that weather, soil composition, feeding and regional conditions all play a role in determinig the outcome. Good job at referencing varieties. One thing I have learned in 45 years of gardening "In nature nothing is consistent".....except weeds!
