Solid producer with a great heat that persists better than others, I've had, in cooking. I use one on a Pizza and it can be a little much.. Sometimes. Nice firm pods were nice to slice and freeze.. The thickness of the walls made it harder to dehydrate them without some prep. Definitely in my top 10 Chinense. I obtained my seed from J.L.Hudson and the germination was above par.
