One of those cuttings has been growing in the ground for 3 years in partial shade and without winter frost protection. It has survived several hard freezes, although the leaf tips get damaged. The in-ground plant gets water only once a month, while the potted plant gets water every two weeks. Neither have flowered.
This is an addition of June 5, 2016 -- the now 6-year old plant bloomed. It has 1 flower stalk, on which blooms started opening on May 23rd and it looks like it may keep going for a couple weeks more. The flowers are small, but very pretty and there are lots of them.
