2019: Still going well. Occasional winter cause tip death..but it regrows fine in summer and blooms. DO NOT KEEP IF YOU HAVE PETS.. UNLESS, you cut off seed pods. They are ferociously sticky and are on a higher level than Jumping cactus. Slightest touch,and you need a stick to pry them off..with a sting left.
Has nice caudex and sculptural form of branches. Loves heat.
