It's stunning - the regular Japanese kerrias don't hold a candle to this elegant and arching plant.

The variegation is lovely, and I'm anxious to see these become larger specimens. I have a tough spot in shade, under a gigantic double-trunked cedar, and near black walnut trees. It took quite a lot of investigation to figure out what I could plant there that would provide some height and some color. In theory these should work, but only time will tell. If they survive the coming winter and continue to do well next year, I will change the rating to positive, and I'll be absolutely thrilled.
