| "hi , my fellow garden fanatics !! i love trading but i've been stomped on by some unknown ailment (i'm a regular at hospitals, much to my dismay ) for the last few years. even if i fall behind on sending out my trades, i do get them out. so if you're a patient person, i'm your gal ! i hate winter, even though i know it's a necessary evil. i was born and raised in connecticut but my mom's family is from Va and we spent many happy months there and on the outer banks. decided to move to NC when my parents did . worked in newport news VA , met my navy husband, lived in pensacola 5 yrs then finally here. ( my mom was diagnosed w/ALS . i was privileged enough to be able to take care of her the last 3 years of her life. it's been 13 yrs and i still miss her everyday) . i'm NOT moving anymore !! i miss the mountains (it's flat as heck here ) but go west for a fix . the outer banks are only 1 1/2 hrs from here, i try and stay clear during turon season (that's a tourist /moron ) ..... i've really gotten into birds and photography . my sons and i saw a beautiful BALD eagle 20 ft above us new years eve. i'm hoping that was a sign that things are going to get better this year. and yes, i tend to babble........ramble....on stuff i love. my 3 large dogs included ." |
