| "Hello fellow traders, rather than contact you individually I thought I would let you know that Jamie and I were hit by an EF3 tornado and at least 90% of the garden was destroyed by the storm and the bulldozer. Thank goodness the house is, for the most part, okay. Kaye, Velma, Donna, Peg, Jeanne and the rest of you wonderful folks, I'll be in touch to let you know what survived. Unfortuanately, the blog won't be nearly as interesting as I had hoped for this spring. I wouldn't build the arbor over the gates this winter because I was concerned about access to the trees for fear something may happen to them. Guess what? I guess I can build our arbor now. :-) Jeanne your crinum was tucked away in the corner, I'm really looking forward to seeing it bloom I can't wait! I know everything happens for a reason and we have finally found peace in that the past couple of days. " |
