| "Hi! I love houseplants (especially Tradescantias & their relatives, Syngoniums, and epiphytes). I live in Chicago with my boyfriend of 4 years. I'm a veterinary technician and pet behavior counselor. At the moment my menagerie is down to just 2 ferrets (but almost 50 plants! yikes! lol!). I am a big nerdy geek who loves Sci Fi and video games and nerdy geeky stuff like that. I'm crafty, and enjoy DIY projects. I'm constantly trying to improve my habits towards more sustainable/environmentally friendly ways (already bike instead of drive, and compost, and try to eat local organic whenever possible, but I have a long ways to go yet).
