"In my retirement at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri, gardening consists of removing rock and ammending soil. I help maintain the beds at Willmore Lodge that our garden club designed and planted in 2004, garden for pay - very part-time- at a nearby condo complex, and try to keep my own beds blooming and weed-free. I left 140 roses back in Indiana when we moved. I am learning to grow great roses in containers admist the deer and groundhogs.
I deleted the pictures on my website of my Indiana roses, but they were spectacular. Struggling to learn best methods of gardening here." |
