"I'm a plant lover of many kinds. Although we specialize in Bromeliads (about 220 varieties), we've also become interested in tropicals of all types. In zone 6a, everything tropical is crammed into the greenhouse every fall or stored in the garage (bananas, etc.).
We also grow a number of succulents as I am enamoured by plants that have a high "wierdness" factor.
Vegetable gardening is also a priority and now that I'm retired my garden is finally approaching that of my dearly departed dad, a fully dedicated Italian gardener.." |
