"I live in central Texas where gardening is a challenge because of the heat and clay soil. I'm currently captivated with bulbs. I went through a bamboo phase, a cactus and succulent phase, and now i'm in a bulb phase. I still have all the plants and treasure all of them. I enjoy learning about new species.
I do upholstery and specialize in antique restoration of furniture. I taught this at the college here for 22 years. Now I have a shop here at my house and work whenever i'm not gardening.
My life mate is a pekingnese named Ruben. He is missing one eye but is still as handsome as ever." |
