| "I have a small asparagus bed, a flower garden with tulips, dahlias, hibiscus, hollyhocks, and zinnias. In my yard are dogwood trees, magnolia, camellia, and a small orchard (10 trees): apple, peach, pear, fig. My wooded area has hosta bordered with iris and daylillies. The foundation plants around the house are rhododendrens and azaleas. I have a bed of tea roses and some shrub and climbing roses. In summer the porches are full of pink caladiums. I am a retired teacher who plays in the dirt. Life is good!" |
