"I'm the wife of my best friend for almost 35 years, mom to two, and mom-in-law to two more. I'm also a Louisiana Master Gardener, seeking certification so that I could pass on just a bit of the knowledge that many generous gardeners have shared with me over the years. Gardening brings me bliss, with many roses, clematis, irises, daylilies and more. I also enjoy other outdoor fun, including hiking, biking, and kayaking. I'm a former teacher and owned a data processing firm for many years (in pre-internet days!).
