I am very interested in growing Ribes odoratum/Clove Currant, Buffalo Currant.
I can offer you many other things:
1. Kombucha tea pro-biotic culture,
2. Milk kefir pro-biotic culture to make your own therapeutic yogurt-like beverage
3. Kefir d’acqua (water kefir – my favorite) pro-biotic culture that makes delicious therapeutic self-carbonated (!!!) beverage in many flavors (lemonade, ginger ale, etc)
