*Happy to Trade* Email me with a trade idea. Love tropicals. UPDATE: I've been doing these trades for a while now and really enjoy 99% of the experiences, but have developed a few rules. 1. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not ask if I will sell you plants. I will not. 2. Please do not ask me to trade with you if you have not filled out your tradelist UNLESS you can tell me what on my WANT list you are willing to trade. I generally won't respond to inquiries where someone has not bothered to fill in their trade list. 3. if you are asking me to trade or if you are outside the U.S., please ship first as I will only send the plants you're requesting once I receive the plants from you. If I'm asking you for something, I'm happy to follow the same rules. 4. I have had this list for a while and though I try to keep it up to date, I sometimes am out of a few things that are still on here. I will let you know when that is the case so please be thinking about alternatives you'd like. Thank you and happy trading! UPDATE 2020: I'm back at it and willing to share some of the lovely things we've been able to grow at our new home. I have had this tradelist for over 10 years now, so some things may be outdated, but I'm working through removing the plants I no longer have. UPDATE 2014: We have moved and stuff is all over the place. Good news: whole new property full of plants to add. Bad news: A little tough to remember where everything is, so please bear with me. | Seeds, Plants, Roots, Tubers and Bulbs, Cuttings | (PlantFiles) |

Climbing Ylang Ylang Vine Artabotrys hexapetalus VIP Trades only. | Seeds | (PlantFiles) |
Asclepias Species Asclepias curassavica This is probably the best plant I have ever added to the garden. It re-seeds itself well and is a monarch butterfly magnet. Each spring we collect the monarch catipillars and have a little "grow out" aquarium with some young milkeweed for them to finish growing and safely cocoon. A few days later . . . POOF! tons of butterflies in the yard! UPDATE 2015: The butterfly people tell me this plant is bad for the Monarchs. I'm on the fence about this, as I have raised several hundred monarchs off these plants. Working on getting more native milkweed. | Seeds, Plants | (PlantFiles) |

Bauhinia Species Bauhinia purpurea Mine is huge, beautiful and blooms right when everything else is looking glum in late winter. Great tree. I've been collecting and working the seeds, so I have seeds and many sizes of juvenile trees avail which were started in seed pots, so transplant won't shock them. I have recently started bonsai-ing this as well and it works great. | Seeds, Plants | (PlantFiles) |
